I always use "Adword Display Planner" for Youtube Keyword Research. I also use Youtube Keyword Suggestions.

Keyword Research depends on Mind & Very Man to Man.

im using vidIQ Vision for YouTube
it can generate tag too

TubeBuddy and VidIQ. U can use free version. but I paid 10$ each for better result.

Simply go and type your main keyword in the YT search bar. It shows some suggestions which are mostly searched by the visitors.
