I manage the internet marketing and advertising for a company here in NY, and there is an ungodly amount of Yelp reviews that are being filtered from their Yelp page. Keep in mind that NONE of these are fake. This company does a lot of business and gets reviews at a good rate, but there are more reviews filtered than there are live. They still have a good amount of live reviews (one of the best in the niche, actually), but damn, more than 50% of real reviews are filtered. Any other rep managers or online marketing managers care to share their Yelp tips and practices?
