Best WP framework in your opinion?

I downloaded Genesis from this forum, installed it on WAMP, run the child theme...
And realized, that everything looks shaits, and there's not much I can do about it, as every change got to go through CSS sheet.

Hence the question - what's in your opinion is the best framework for web 2.0 on WP?
And which is the easiest to tweak without learning CSS/php/etc. ?

I love to learn, but if I'm going to spend all my time on learning programming...I'll become a good programmer eventually ( but not my goal)

I Would suggest you try Voice themes. Great framework and easy to understand, even for a newbie.

Am trying out the origin builder plugin, you can find it on here, its an easy way to make any Wordpress theme easier to use and change.
