Best WP classifieds with Wordpress Plugin or theme?

I have used AWCP and I like it but in terms of seo it is a bit lacking and the developer seems like he thinks its not. I want something durable easy to use and setup attractive but not a pain to make attractive.

You could also look at a few premium classified themes by themeforest/elegant themes .
Tryand search them out at gaaks first . Buy it if you want .

AWCP? i havent used it myself, but having just had a quick look at their website, im not particularly impressed with the plugin. have a look at the themes below to get an idea of what's possible for not a lot of money....
