Best/Worst Times to Post on FB

I apologize if this has been discussed before, I can't find it on the forums if it was.

What are the best and worst times to post on FB? I'd like to increase shares and page likes, as well as more interaction. I've heard conflicting information, and would like a general idea of days/times. I know a lot depends on what you're selling and your demographic. However, I've read two conflicting articles on Mashable, and I'm stuck somewhere in the middle. Good content has everything to do with it, I already know that...but I'm asking specifically for days/times. I can't post links yet...but the names of the articles are:

I think tue - thursaday evenings between 6.30 - 8.30 peak times as people home from work, weekends not so good as people on at different times so very spread out. Monday not much good either maybe because the post gets lost between all the weekend photos being uploaded

Agree with poster above. I get the best interactions between 7-9pm on week nights and the worst interaction mid afternoon. It largely depends on your target audience though and the best answer to this question is to experiment. Schedule posts on different days/times and assess the results. You should then have a much better idea of the best time for posting and subsequently will make more sales.
