Best working PPI networks in 2025 for desktop installs?

Looking to get back into PPI with a focus on desktop traffic (Windows mostly).
Most of the networks I used before (like Installaxy and RevenYou) seem dead or shady now.
Anyone have a list of updated, legit, and paying PPI networks in 2025? Prefer networks with decent payout per install and no crazy minimums.

Filedm has been stable and reliable over the years. They do manual account approval, so you should have some legit website/channel and not reselling.

I am working with the Install PPI network. You can try them, but they don’t pay high.
