Hi all
May I seek your recommendation for best Wordpress support chatbox ?
It can allow users to select some FAQ and show answers and when provide email, it will be added to email marketing sequence

I really like Zopim.
Also, there is a free Chat Box on the Hubspot CRM.

I was thinking any one off payment chatbox that doesn’t need recurring payment each month

Themeforest seems to be the great place but haven’t really find any

Zopim is what my company uses too (platform doesn't matter... you just embed the JS code that's it). Try them out, I guess you will be satisfied with the service.

Just checked zendesk website, and I think they are on the same vertical as well.

hi sir, i looked into the suggestion above, it seems they are more related to chat function but not support bot automatic functions
any other suggested solutions for auto support functions?

.. btw, appsumo uses them on most product pages as well - bottom left corner "FAQ"

- Olark
- LiveChat
- Chatlio
- But there are plenty more: WordPress › live chat Plugins

thanks i have explored some of them, they are quite good options, just that i really wish to find a non recurring fee options, because i have like 30+ small websites and each will need one of these, it will become a significant cost for me if there is recurring income for each website
