You did not specify WHY you are asking What is the best theme.
I am going to assume that you are new to WP like me so I will sugest, try Newspaper. Its fast (maybe not like GeneratePress but its there), has lots of ready made presets, ads positions and its not that barebone so without lots of mods you end up with good looking site.
I am also newbie with WP, tried all the above mentioned Generate, Astra, Acabado... and picked Newspaper for now
Because, yes Formula1 is the fastest and best car, but you still need to get Golf to learn how to drive first.
