Best Wordpress theme for Beginners

If you are mainly focusing on google traffic and you are a beginner jest use GeneratePress Free version. I have used many themes like Newspaper 10, GutenMag, Vinkmag. It is true that they are rich and have many functionalities. But in my opinion, these themes are very complicated. GeneratePress gives you a simple feel. When compared with Newspaper 10, I got an average Pagespeed score of 63, But with Generate press I get an average 85%.

This is just my opinion.

Another beginner tip is to DISABLE AMP for your site. This makes things easier. I need more opinions on AMP.

You can consider these WordPress links. The Astra Theme is ideal because it loads fast, and it's flexible on all website kinds. Have a look at Mythemeshop.
 
Schema is quite lightweight and simple too, Astra is my 2nd choice.
 
Divi for sure.
Light weight, fast loading and the builder is the easiest ever.
 
Divi light weight? Seriously? It's the slowest theme there is
 
Use your GeneratePress, get the Pro plugin (in this forum "download" from @Festinger for free) learn about GeneratePress hook system and learn CSS, then you would be set for success .. =)

Had many sites using divi with <1 sec loading and a score of 95+ using page speed insights.

That and the fact that even my grandmother would be able to setup a good looking/functional site makes this a great noob theme imo.
 
Essence Pro and Divi is the best theme
 
Just find theme u like best they all kind of easy to use
