Best wordpress subscription / sales plugin?

I am building a site that will have both products for sale and a subscription part to the site so I would need to be able to do this. Things I am also looking for.

1. Client be able to login and see what they have paid for and contracts
2. Be able to tract clients and if one does cancel
3. Work with PayPal and maybe able to Credit Cards latter down the road
4. use prmo codes
5. Make custom order forms! (as I will be selling custom website stuff, I need to be able to make the order form to get a good amount of info)
6. MUST be a plugin for wordpress

So I have been searching and the best I have found was woocommerce and cart66, both seem good but non shared on BHW are up to date. I am thinking of paying the $100 for them as I hope this business with do very well!

But want some input from you guys, what are some other good ones? OR is there a better one I am missing?

Hate to bump my own stuff, but hoping for a new set of eyes.

Last try: Hope someone has some good input, I will be buying one in the next 24hrs so I can start building it in to the site I am making.
