Best Wordpress Popup?

I'm looking for a Wordpress popup plugin that has all of the following features:

1. It allows me to specify which pages/posts the plugin appears (the site uses Adsense, so I don't want it popping up on the wrong pages).

2. Has the option to appear as the visitor is exiting the site.

3. It is a great fit to get people to follow my Instagram account.

4. Isn't (too) annoying.

5. User-friendly to set up.

Which would you recommend for a Wordpress site?

I was using Poptin and Optin Monster - i used the paid versions of both, so am not sure if the free version will suit you, but they are good for what you listed in your needs.
 
I'm using Ninja Popup because of the compatibility ith Mailster. It's powerful even if I think his popup editor could be improved.
 
Try with OptinMonster. It is easy to use and it allows you to easily convert website visitors into subscribers and customers.
 
I'm sorry I don't mean to hijack your thread, but I'm wondering something. I use Adsense as well and I wonder if it is allowed to let the popup appear on pages that have ads? I want to collect emails for my newsletter.

Nope.

This is why it needs to be possible to select which pages it pops up on.

I only want my popups on pages I'm not using Adsense on, to gain Instagram followers. Some of my articles that bring in search engine traffic is pants with Adsense, so I'd prefer to get social media followers instead.
 
I use ThriveThemes. Once you get the hang of it it's simple to use and offers a whole ton of ways to customise it.
 
I am using thrive leads, you can also use optinmonster... I know pop ups are anoying but Using it once a day and when visitors leave a pop up displays is the best to get leads. hope this helps
 
thank you! Elementor Pro is fine and it seems to work properly! I can also create many different types of popups.
Is OptminMonster compatible with Elementor?
 
Yes it is compatible and it looks that elemetorpro has the same features of thrive leads. It is great to use a simple popup.

I think it’s ninja popups that I use. It has most of those features I believe.
 
Elementor pro is best and useful working plugin
