Ultimate SEO is simply owns All in One SEO or any other onsite optimization plugins. Just my opinion but test it out.

PPinger - I'm starting to like
Cache Plugin I stay away from, they slow things down. ( If you don't have 200k pageviews a day) Out of all of them Had best Speed cache performance using DB cache reloaded + HyperCache Combo
Of coarse the Robot + Wp-Web Scraper
