Hi. If you are worried about malware, don't use nulled, but instead use GPL websites, they sell you the original plugins for low monthly cost/onetime cost.
You can find a few that are really cheap. The nulled ones are often very problematic and risky to use - from my experience - not worth the few dollars you save on them.

I use GPL Vault - I don't use it monthly - I simply do it one month, get everything I need, and come back again when I need some more plugins. I used to use GPL+ as well - when I only wanted one or two plugins, it was cheaper, but some people say it doesn't always work so maybe GPL vault is safer
