ProductHunter is almost like a forums... Have you checked out BuddyBoss?
To be honest not sure if there is a script like this. Maybe post on Fiverr and see how much it'd cost to have someone build something + scrape AI tools and upload them in there.
It was a different but a few years back I paid a freelancer to scrape a bunch of businesses and upload them into a local business directory based on Wordpress. It was way faster then learning to do it myself.

I will be creating something like topai.tools but for all kind of sites related to business/making money online where people will be submitting their sites for fee, i am already half way on it

That is not true at all. Some of the most popular websites on the internet use Wordpress.

It's true! You are absolutely right! Now, how many sites that coincidentally use Wordpress don't stop working every day?
Whether for any problem, hacking, bugs, lack of storage in the database, lack of storage in hosting, errors in the theme, errors in the php, errors in the servers.
How many more problems? Now, sites that use Wordpress will use Wordpress until the day they really realize that it's not worth it, Wordpress is a multipurpose CMS currently, when it was initially created with a goal, to be a blog, now you find xx* sites, ecommerce sites, sites for anything, for me it's great, but when you need a plugin and it doesn't exist, or you want to modify something that no one has modified, isn't it better to create a custom site created from scratch? I speak from the point of view of developer, but also as an administrator, as a customer and as a seller, I speak of all points of view.

As long as you keep your website updated and don't use outdated plugins you're good to go. I am an agency owner, not every local business owner wants to pay a bunch of money for a custom website. Local businesses just want a presence online. For this I use Wordpress or my own website builder that I launch customer sites on.
Recently I did switch to Shopify for all ecommerce projects because it's just better.
For blogs, directory websites, social networks Wordpress is 100% better.
A custom solution is going to take so much more time and money to build and it probably still will not be as good as a Wordpress website.
Now if we're talking custom applications, SAAS or anything like that, then yes I agree you need a custom build.
I've been using Wordpress for over 10 years and have never had any major issues.

I agree with you! And wow, I'm quite surprised, you're literally the first person to tell me that he's been working with Wordpress for a while and hasn't had any problems. That’s good!
