I used some wordpress plugin to back up my website .Due to some errors , it didn't work to back up . Could you recommend me good backup plugins ?

Use Duplicator. Or search on WP plugins you will find ton of them.

No doubt backupbuddy the best plugin for this. I have this plugin installed in more than 50+ my wordpress sites. You can scheduled backup to your dropbox account if you wish.

If you want alternative backwpup will be the one you are looking at
