the best windows VPS I've ever used would have to be Offshore SEO VPS I'd have to say their price is good too. Not to mention their SEO Tools desktops offers for $40/m you get all those licensed seo tools included in the price.

I use serverhosh for several months and they doing ok (except for double payment issues each month, they were have problem with their payment system) but after i contact the support on skype, fast response and the problem solved.

I used packace 0 that have 2 core cpu, 2gb RAM.. and if you ask for discount coupon on their official sales thread (here on bhw), you can get lifetime 50% discount.

Im not working/affiliate with them.. just a user who give honest review, you should give em a try.
