I've bad experience with bermanhosting too. I don't want use them.

But no, really, I'm promoting with them because I current have 26 VPSs with them. They are cheap and fast, and that's what I love about them.
I used to go with high end VPS but one thing I notice is most VPS providers out there... the VPS will start to lag terribly after a few months.

Like you try to reboot your VPS, it can take up to 15-30 minutes. Or it lags to much that it becomes unresponsive.

Then I stick to the current one and I've been with them for nearly a year now and so far no problems.

i agree with this. Nice CPu spec but 4xCpu , RAM only 1GB ? Also they have bw limit

OVH look like a good vps. But it's have limit for bandwith. i want to run gsa ser with other seo tools which need lot of bandwith

they will just give your SSH root log-in and that's it. No support unless there is a technical malfunction or billing issues. All software issues are up to the user to solve. That means 1) learning how to access, 2) learning how to secure it, 3) deploying vitalization to run Windows based aps. But hey, the reward is you can have 6 of your own VPSs running off of your own box at lightning speed. But you do need to learn some basic Linux admin commands to get everything running smoothly and securely.
