I need to run 5-10 XP virtual machine on my computer. I want to ask which windows should i select, I have downloaded countless number of windows like Tiny XP, XP Lite and some big windows. And none of the small windows ISO image worked. And the windows i installed are having High Page File Usage with 1GB Ram so i seriously need some advice. If you guys have experience in running many windows 7 Virtual Machines do tell me :)

Personally I use Win XP on all of my VMs. I had no issue at all setting it up -- just followed the instructions. Perhaps a compatibility issue with your computer?

Win XP + VMWare, works fine. I also use a Win7 VM to test changes and updates before I try them on the real machine. I usually run XP VMs with a 1 core/2GB ram, and the W7 runs on a 2 core/4GB configuration.
