Best Wiki Sites for Manual Links?

I want to start building manual links on wiki sites, but I can't figure out the sites where I should start. I see people building thousands of automated links on hundreds of sites, but I can't seem to find a solid 10 wiki sites where I can put an article.

Preferably they would not be moderated (or at least light moderation) and high PR. The content I will be putting up is readable, makes sense, and it will have a link back to my site.

If anyone has a quick, high PR list of wiki sites that they would like to share I would appreciate it
