hey everyone, I've been working as an SEO specialist for several years, and I'd like to give you a quick review and overview of popular and good SEO tools. Feel free to give your thoughts and other tools recommendations as well.
1. Ahrefs:
1. Ahrefs:
- Pros: It has been my go-to for backlink analysis. The sheer amount of data it offers is impressive. The new AI content analyzer is also very helpful when analyzing content gaps with competitors.
- Cons: I found the pricing a bit steep for smaller projects. It can feel overwhelming at first, especially if you're not familiar with all the features, you need to explore and watch their tutorial videos in order to maximize all the features.
- Pros: Helped me a lot with keyword research and competitor analysis. I’ve discovered some great keyword opportunities that I wouldn’t have found otherwise.
- Cons: The interface is somehow confusing. It sometimes takes a while to find the specific reports I’m looking for.
- Pros: So convenient to add meta tags. This tool also pays attention both to optimizing text and image content, overall, this tool made on-page optimization so much easier for me.
- Cons: There's a need for a separate Schema.org plugin. and this plugin sometimes trains us to focus on their "green lights" and not make quality content. Following them too closely might compromise my writing style.
