Can someone tell me a free website to build a landing page, where it also won't become outdated? Right now, I have a landing page on Google Sites because it's free forever, but the problem is some people purposely report the page. So if anyone knows a website where I can create a landing page forever free, kindly tell me.

Build the landing page yourself with Javascript / HTML / CSS.
ChatGPT can do it for you if you ask the right questions.
Host it wherever you want, there are plenty of free or very cheap hostings, you can also host it on your local computer and have it accessible online with NGROK

What do you mean by "outdated"? Design trends are always changing. Two landing pages, one designed in 1999 and one from 2019, will look vastly different.

Are you just looking for hosting for a landing page that is "permanent"?
