Best website template for niche websites

Hi there,

I'm looking for a fast loading website template for a niche website. The niche website will have a few pages, the main page will target my emd keyword, secondary pages will target some long tails, and then also a blog to keep content fresh.

So what templates (for wordpress or other platforms) do you use? I have found that the templates I have used in the past have been bloated and heavy, with long load times and really bad seo optimization.

Use the Genesis framwork with a child theme. They load really fast and have nice clean code.

Yeah I know I have bought many themes before, I was looking for recommendations from people with experience.
