I need a website platform for heavy content website , some million of records .

If it is ecommerce type, magneto or drupal can do.

CMS like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, DotNetNuke, and many other are the perfect option for you.

I would suggest Drupal, Wordpress or Joomla. Though there are many CMS to choose from, these three for me is perfect for content heavy websites. Many of these non profit websites we see right now are using CMS too.

I may suggest you the same you can use Wordpress, Joomla ,magneto in this you have more contents...

Wordpress is sure capable of handling large scale sites, take a look at some of the biggest sites using wp - https://www.elegantthemes.com/blog/resources/biggest-websites-in-the-world-running-wordpress

I guess the big question though is what exactly are you creating? Because the answer to that will probably dictate what cms is best.
