    Hello ,

The best tool to create maintain daily and manage a website easily will be wordpress. You can make quick changes in your website when it is developed on wordpress.

If you are looking for some one who can do this job for you just PM me with more details regarding your project and we can discuss it further.

    Thanks,
    Sam.

Personally I would choose wordpress to begin with. There are tons of themes and plugins to choose from and help you along the way. Plus fantastico will install it for you with most hosting.

I agree with this. Use wordpress. It is the simplest. Free themes + plugins = awesome site. However to modify them to have your own logo and stuffs requires photoshop knowledge and more.

I will suggest you go for wordpress. Its very user friendly having good theme and plugins and you can update the content very easily.
