looking for chatbot for my website... any suggestions?

Just to confirm you mean an actual bot, not just a livechat box?
 
Well there are multiple chatbot builder services out there but we currently use Hybrid.chat as it supports everything that we need and cheaper than alternatives with excellent support team. Also, best part is chatbots are build using simple spreadsheets.
 
engati chatbot is also an excellent one. You can checkout on my site.
It sufficient for all type of website like e-commerce, online course provider, etc.
