I wanted to ask which is the best webhosting reseller, who will also provide you with a white label website to resell your services (And each client has to have their own cpanel). I dont care about the cost, i just want to know if there is any webhost reseller that provides this.

You have not understood what im looking for. Im looking for a webhosting reseller who will also provide/sell me a done for you website to resell the services. I have asked around and many don't provide a done for you website for this.
