Best Web Hosting for Blogger to .com! Noob here!

Hello everyone!

This is my first time converting my blogger to .com since I am really afraid that my blogger will get deleted anytime by this DCMA rule.
Anyways my niche are hacks and key generators, I have about 500+ pages on blogger and I am on PPD Youtube + Landing Page.
I posted here cause I really don't know what to do next.
All I know is buy a domain name to godaddy(coupon so I can get a cheap one for one year).
Then I need to find a good hosting web which I don't know where(marketplace yeah been there)?
And what is the best out there that has no DCMA rule. I need to know best even it's not really cheap.

Need really help here!

namecheap for domain
hostgator for hosting
My preference imo

as of now choose namecheap for domain, you can get coupons on domain section, for hosting choose an offshore hosting. do not host on hostgator if you have illegal content.

use arvixe for domain and hosting
