hostwinds, hands down... stay away from hostgator and fatcow... have gone downhill every year for the last 4 or 5 years
 
If your having that much budget, I'll suggest to go with vps then.
ample of good examples are there, just do a Google research a bit.
 
Linode are incredibly good. $10/mo for a 1GB vps with 24GB SSD and 1 dedicated xeon core. They're ultra-fast for the price. Prices go up after that, doubling ram/cores each time.

Digital Ocean are also fantastic. Basically exactly the same prices, except they do a $5/mo half gig VPS.

I personally prefer linode, but I use both of them.

I've been using cloudways, and they're okay.

CrocWeb has been absolutely AWESOME. No issues at all and performance went up for me after switching over all my domains. Can't go wrong with them at all. One of the best hosts I've ever had.
 
Servinio it is. If you want to get your money's worth, it doesn't get better than Servinio. Hostwinds is another good choice.
 
I've always liked Big Scoots. Very rarely have any issues, but when I do they reply within 15 minutes.
 
My Hostgator experience was terrible. Later, I migrated to ASO. It's been 8 moths I guess and they hardly had any downtime. Customer support is quick with no BS. As of now, I'd recommend you ASO Medium plan. Good luck for it!

servikus is also good for me.
 
hostgator is good, although I'm always looking for better services. I do think their prices are kind of high. However, they have a really good control panel and it's easy to change settings, get stats, etc. I like them better then godaddy, although some things from godaddy are cheaper.
