Best web hosting company ?

Hi BHW,

I am posting here after a long time missed you all :), as I have decided to join back the IM, I want to know which one is the web hosting company as I want to make 2-3 websites not more than that. I am looking for very affordable packages and the best company with good up time. I have done some research and found some like Godaddy,Hostgator and Bluehost which we all know are industry leaders, I also found A Small Orange and Arvixe are they good ? If you have any experience please share and recommend me one which is affordable.

Thanks, I just checked it out there basic plan is for $45/Year with only one 1 domain I checked some other host's which are offering like $60 with 6 domains. At this point I am looking for something economical and stable.
 
Hostgator is by far the best from my experience, their support is top notch as well!
 
Servinio is a good company for when your starting out they are $2.91/month for 3 websites and you get 20GB of total storage and 200GB/month of bandwidth.

How is the up-time ? prices seems to be nice but are they good I mean up-time is good ? Have you used it your self ?

I actually just got it last night, but from other people on here posting about it they are as stable as hostwinds.
 
you can try stablehost. cost around $5+ monthly or MDD hosting about $7+ monthly. I'm using both currently and MDD hosting is better in terms of loading up speed of my site. They have good reviews too. Check them out.
 
I use Servikus, they have a BST here. Fast, stable, close to no downtime and excellent support.
 
Ive used allot of different hosting company's in the end its all about how much domain you will register, how much traffic does your sites have.
If you are going to register allot of domains and dont wanna any problems go with godaddy I know that they are a bit expensive but you can always find coupons online and get discount 30-50%. And every month or two there is 0.99 domain or 1.99 domain with privacy included.

Ive tried also ipage that's same as fatcow, they are horrible as with my experience it takes 2 days for your site to become global so all users can see content even if you upload something new it takes day a two to update.... so if you are looking for long term I would avoid it.

Hostgator is also a good hosting company but domains are a bit more expensive then goddady, if you are looking for 1-2 domains on hosting use hostgator, If you are going to have more then 5 domains I would suggest goddady.

I have used this Servinio and still use it.
It's doesn't only have a great up time but very affordable.
And because i build a lot of networks for different
countries i always try to put my money where my mouth is.

I have learnt that aside the big boys there are also
small guys who does the job excellently too.

My m2uhost.com is another good one from an experience person.

We have been using 1und1.co.uk and I can recommend the company. They have a great starter package, which will cover your most basic wordpress website for just $6 per months.

i read on many occasions that 1&1 is crap, cant proof that with links and statements but thats what i found while researching a hosting company for my project

Just selected servinio based on reviews I found on this thread and other BHW threads and because of the fact that their prices are cheaper and up-time is also good for any new starters. Will share my experience with them here for any other starters.
 
you may go with inmotion Hosting,

Sincerely the majority of shared hosts are same, little level destinations are ready on shared hosting, however legitimate business site never deal with them, Hostgator n Bluehost are great name..


Snatch great offer from them in the event that you are planing for long haul.


I for one utilization hostgator. As of late, I was considering changing over to hostmonster, yet here's the reason I didn't: Hostmonster does not have alternatives where you can move up to a VPS.
