hostgator or midphase. If you will be having a lot of traffic, go for MediaTemple.

    Hi internet2,

I think hostgator is the preferred company. BTW, I don't think hosting unlimited bandwidth, and disk space are real. They probably has a T&C attached to it.

hostgator have quite good support team however in long term its quite expensive for the unlimited package.instead i find ipage.com is the cheapest.you can search for ipage web hosting coupon that only charges you 35.40 for 1 year unlimited space, bandwidth

I would agree with, but they do not allow adult content and hostgator does. That alone is why I do not use ipage.

Now I don't know why this host doesn't get more attention but personally I absolutely love the service I get from JustHostDOTcom

    Quick response from help staff.
    Unlimited space,
99 domains per account (I believe it's 99 but it could be more, not less)
    $3.49 per month
    Fast servers,**
    Haven't noticed any downtime.
I have a massive amount of traffic hitting a couple of my sites and there is no problem at all. **The servers don't slow down even on days when I've had several thousand unique hits.

I've heard many people complain about hostgator and many of the other hosts mentioned but I can personally tell you that from my experience JustHostdotCOM lives up to the promises they make.

Also, they have a fantastic Controll Pannel where everything is easy to understand and use.

I can't imagine not using them and the price is pretty darn good.

I know I sound like a pitchman for JustHost but I am not affiliated with this company except on a couple of my websites where I have a small button banner of theirs.

Obviously, I'm not posting any affiliate code here so if you do decide to use them I won't make any money off it.

You asked for a good host and I think this is the host for you but which ever host you decide to use please don't use Godaddy for hosting. **Their shared hosting is so packed full of different accounts and websites that if your site puts any kind of load on the server, the whole site slows to a crawl.

Use Godaddy to register domains, I do cause I like their prices (for the most part) and their tech support is second to none but I will never host another site with them ever again. **Also, it cost me more than twice as much to host with Godaddy then it does with JustHost and I already mentioned that I'm getting an inferior service from Godaddy when hosting is concerned.

Sorry for the long post but I hope you and others found it helpfull.

To register domains I'ld recommend using Name dot com or Moniker dot com

I dont understand the meaning of UNLIMITED when it comes to webhosting. There's nothing in it supposed to be unlimited as they've enumerous restrictions when you host with them which you can find on their TOS page.

Anyways you need to have a right approach to choose the hosting which is right for you i.e. first you have to see what type of website are you going to host and if its allowed by the webhost or not, next being the size of the site, how many ip address's you might need, if the webhost fulfill's the requirements of the web application you're going to host, the resources it may need.

Don't just look around for UNLIMITED as the term doesn't have a definitive meaning when it comes to hosting due to various disclosed and undisclosed restrictions. Its always good to choose a host which gives you a quality support, least downtime, good pageload speed, high speed data ports, haven't overloaded their servers and their server location is close to the traffic you're geotargetting.
