Hmm, not aware of any working web-based apps for IG botting.

Yes, there are several out there. I believe some have a BST here, but that was some time ago that I seen them. Not sure if they are still around.

develop your own chrome extension coz I think that is what you want. Compared to iMacros which consumes a lot of your RAM, extension will basically simulate human behavior on that aspect.

Haven't seen any most likely you will need to develop your own. If you know how to program to create the web gui you can use node and react.
