Sick submitter, senuke,magic submitter, licorne, article kevo, rank leap, you name it.
I heard licorne seems to do a good job, but i downloaded the trial and the GUI is the worst thing i have ever seen in a seo tool, removed it just after install.

My vote goes to Article Kevo for specially social network sites but you need to have your own custom lists :(
 
My choice for web 2.0 is Ultimate Demon, Magic Submitter, GSA SER with serengines and there is a new kid on the block - Autofill Magic which is paid plugin for Mozilla Firefox for filling forms.
