From your experience , what web 2.0 ranks best with a domain name ? i heard webs and blogger are quite easy to rank. Any toughts ?

It doesn't matter only on web 2.0's. There are a lot more factors to rank up a site in competitive niche, such as the main one is CONTENT.

what ever your blog or wordpress. the unique content with matching tags help ranking. content is the key.

Blogger is much better and more important web 2.0 platform which really increase some SERP and then WordPress give your web more hit in ranking.

If you have some plans to create web 2.0s then pick 20 to 30 high PR web 2.0 domains and take a safe drive on them one by one.
