Best web 2.0 or social bookmarking sites post-panda?

My blogger and wordpress.com sites got hit badly, so I'm thinking of moving on and setting up new sites, so any suggestions on what platform to use? I am planning to do it manually and not thru any auto/bot.

Why would you want to move on other platforms? There aren't traffic limitations on blogger or wordpress
