Best ways to generate SEO leads?

I just partnered up with a fairly large local internet marketing company. They are going to give me 10% of revenue of any client I send them. Right now I am just cold emailing people, we will see if that works, but what are some other ways that I can gather up some leads? Something other than cold calling, I tried this and I was horrible at it. Looking forward to seeing some suggestions, thanks!

You could try putting a twist on 7878s method (use the search function). Otherwise not sure if this still works, but I used to rip off good clients with fiverr. Would send my contact info in each txt report document and found some clients that spent good money that way lol.

10% of revenue? Is that continued revenue or one off? Seems pretty low percentage for a lucrative service. Other than that I would check your local business forums. I had alot of success with local business/entrepreneur forums since most know the basic of SEO and understand that it can really benefit them rather than offline local businesses.

To find these forums just go on google and type "[Your City] / [Your Country] Business|Entrepreneur forums" and look through the right sections and 'assist' these business owners with advice/info.

10% is ridiculous. And how exactly are you planning to verify that?

It is 10% every month, and I trust them, they are a pretty big company with multiple locations and the owner seems like a really good guy.
