Maybe you should categorize those into paid and free traffic sources. This is surely going to help people.

I definitely feel like you were being sarcastic hence my first reply.. but just to make a public post for everyone else.. guest posting is posting on someone else's blog, within a relative niche, with a link back to your money site.. everyone and their mommas know this, but some may not realize how much reward is on the other end of that investment of time. You know what guest posting is.. but do you do it? You have a money site in an evergreen niche? You don't do it? Hmm think about how many blogs there are out there.. in even the most obscene niches.. take the time to develop the sales skills to secure some backlinks because they can really pay off.

Content lockers are a means of bringing a sort of viral incentive to your website. This is an application or plugin that will locker free content until the uses/prospect shares your webpage. It can be a good way to increase social shares back to your LP

Well that's a difficult question to answer. I myself am really good at sales, and my degree is in business administration.. so I close large sales for websites or marketing projects.. leads lists or whatever.. and I white label anything that is outside of my area of expertise. For instance, I've closed a from-scratch money site for $15K done in 6 months, but I had to makeover the site multiple times because I'm not a web designer. I think before you can answer that question for yourself, you have to find your niche.

That's a good idea. You can PM me about budgetless traffic.. I have a video course on it.. but I'm really waiting until... idk.. you know there's a HUGE sect of people who are broke and panicking because they don't have a job.. but it takes more than that.. it takes time and a budget.. I can definitely do what we're talking about.. but I wouldn't call it a panic button method. I will find that method in a vein where competition isn't a factor though. Believe it.
