Best ways to build a squeeze page

Hey does anyone here know the best way to build a squeeze page for free. I search around on wordpress.org looking for a plugin, but there is none. I there is no plug in to build the way, is there a free plugin to collected email addresses. Im looking for a plugin that will have a design ready for me to use on the wordpress site

90SecondSqueezePage is an option, it's free, but you have to host it on their site and not your own. Not ideal but if spending money is not an option then it's probably the next best thing.
