Best Way to Use Proxy

If I have more than 1 proxy lets say 2, IP PORT PROXY TYPE
What's the best way to input directly after wifi to change ip to proxy ip?
I want to run a desktop app from the proxy connection

Usually your computer internet/WLAN settings allow for proxy connection.
 
You can also use sofware like proxifier, it will allow you to create rules to use the proxy only on selected programs and not on your whole system
 
Proxifier or anti-detect browsers like AdsPower. Also you can set up proxies in Firefox browser settings, it's very convenient, I use one proxy there, and the second one you can use via Proxifier on another browser or simply set up in Windows settings.
 
I recommend using third party apps like Proxifier. You can also directly add your Proxy easily to your browser. For example, for Fire Fox i recommend Foxy Proxy, it's very easy to set-up and it'll save you alot of hassle with minimal work.

For example once i am connected I can open an advanced option to proceed to website,
How can I access and fix fortinet ssl settings? i want to keep switching and watching youtube videos to boost views

If you want to use two different profiles, you can use anti-detect browser like adspower
 
Agree with guys above.
Proxifier with rules for general proxy management. And an anti-detect for different profiles, there is a solutions with free sub that you can use right away.
 
I think that Proxifier is the best option in that case, you can allow the programs you need to be used through proxy
 
Proxifier is one of the many solutions but you can use some proxy which has built-in software like 911 re (currently not operating anymore). You can whitelist programs or websites.
 
I ended up choosing elite proxy switcher,
I had used proxifier prior to this thread many times
