Best way to target users from a specific group

Hello,
I have this niche Saas already live and ready for subscriptions.
I found this Facebook with 500+ potencial clients, but I can't advertise there (tried a soft message not trying to directly advertise, but it was not accepted).
The user list is available, and I could invite users as friends / message them, but I don't to expose my identity yet.
Anyone have a creative ideia to do it?
Is there any way we can target Facebook ads to specific users?
Any other ideia?

Advertise on BHW
with ads, this would be done in the targeting settings and it is pretty accurate. Is this Saas bh?

How would you tune the targeting settings for this? Interests? Or are you able to select users from a group?
Its a general business niche saas

If they are not interested in u, then i would avoid getting in touch with them bcuzz it may come off as unsoliicited mail. what i would do instead is participate in the discussion group nd earn my credibility through participation. It is better to gain someone trust beffore communicating with them.

rather than concentrating on the promotion of the product itself i would concentrate more on the audience. Once u r able to know the common issues faced by the people in the audience u can provide valuable information without sounding as if u r trying to sell something. my experience suggests that genuine involvement is much more interesting than unsolicited communicattion.
 
f you are targeting the audience on that Facebook page, I suggest first becoming an active, reputable member of the community before trying to reach out to others. Once you start posting and interacting there, engaging with people you will effectively have your target customer base right in the palm of your hand.
 
In case of such a scenario, I will follow their guidelines strictly and not try to bypass them. One needs to concentrate on posting value-based material only in places where it is possible and earn their trust rather than sending them cold messages.
 
That's a bit difficult; you should focus on creating value and building credibility instead of sending mass messages.
 
Do your best to fulfill your responsibilities as a team member so you can interact and build credibility. Don't try to bend the rules; you could easily get banned.
 
custom audience upload via email/phone list is closest u'll get to direct targeting without exposing urself
 
If you can get their email address or phone number, it will be easier for you to send messages or reach out to them.
 
If theyre not open to promotions dont force it cold messaging usually burns trust faster than it gets customers

Direct UID targeting is dead, and a list of 500 users is too small for facebook's Custom Audiences (minimum 1,000 matches required)
 
one idea is to run ads from a dedicated business page under your brand name (not your personal profile) and only use generic creative until you’re ready.
