Best way to target audience?

Hello
I need help from your expierience how to better target a specific audience on instagram.
Lets choose a random niche like watches.
Do you target people buy searching with hashtags? (watches)
Target profiles specialised on this niche?
Target people who are engaged to posts made by big profiles?
What is the best way to target actually real buyers profiles for that niche?
Any other method?

theres so many ways to target audience of a specefic niche, e.g. you can use hashtags to look for competitors and pick the best one and target hes audience

Key is to target only users that are active and who do not have too many followers.

They could be followers or/commenters/likers of bigger pages in your niche.

I am using ninjagram. It looks cheap but can make a lot of work.
I dont know Jarvee, but i have read many good reviews.
Can you use the 5 day trials then register with diffrent credentials to continoue using for other 5 days?

look at followers ratio.
look at how many they are following. IF they are following large numbers of accounts they may just not see your content
look if they are active

Target accounts that are very active on similar profiles (run a scrape of profileA most recentY images (or all images in Z days) then look at the engagers on all those images. You can find many accounts who are highly engaged with a nich, then target them
