Best way to start with $1.5k?

Hello everyone. I want to start an ecommerce business with a budget of $1.5k.
and I am confused on where should I start. if you were in my position how would you allocate the money?

Start with Shopify, and explore around for the best offers for Shopify marketing but product is always the winner in dropshipping.

Better option to go with Shopify, add good products, marketing them. Compare the products with other Shopify stores.
