My account is screwed and everyone I make is screwed.

Can I make a new account on a new phone and just use only the Mobile Data from the 5G and NEVER connect to wifi and be fine? or do I need proxy and all that?

Starting fresh on a new phone with only mobile data can work, since every time you reconnect you usually get a new IP. Just avoid logging back into anything linked to your old accounts. Proxies are more for when you’re running multiple accounts at scale but you can use it for more safety.

Using a new phone with mobile data is usually enough, but repeating the same patterns can still get the new account flagged.

hi man ,
using a new phone and only 5G mobile data might work for a fresh start, but apps can still track device IDs. For safer long-term use, a clean setup with a fresh phone, fresh SIM, and optionally a proxy is more reliable.

You can start afresh with a new phone but you must avoid anything that gets you linked to your old account
