Hey guys i was just wondering what is the best way to set up your site so that your sites main keyword will get ranked higher by search engines. should i use my keyword as many times as possible in the content and have my keyword be the header? what are some strategies that have worked best for all you guys?

there is an instruction on how to choose the site base on keywords and how you can rank high in no time, I suggest you do some research in the forum.

I try and use the keyword at least twice in every sentence.

Keywords as many times in your content would be a disaster. It has been discussed numerous times. Just hit the search button with similar query. Good luck.

You could try making your domain your keyword and title of your site. This is something I learned in a internet marketing course. My keyword didnt have much compitition but It seemed to work for me with google but I didnt rank so well in yahoo. For those of you who are wondering yes I am a noob in seo.
