Best way to sell an Ebay account

I'm looking to sell my Ebay seller account and was hoping to get some advice on the safest way to do this and avoid being scammed. Is possible to use Paypal or can the buyer later reverse payment? Should I instead ask for deposit to my bank account? Any suggestions?
