Is there a easy way to scrape 1000 followers from an instagram user? I know jarvee and socinator can but they are a bit of a pain.

Do you want it free?
You can use a great github opensource repo that uses cursor based scraping. Your account will hit the PV /EV after certain amount of follower scraping and then you must start from there where it was ended. Find a repo from github and use it. Much easier.
