I have a requirement where we need to scrape the listings from Google Maps for specific queries. So for instance, if the user searches for 'roofers in NYC', we will search for this on Google Maps and pull out the top 100 results.

So in teh above case, the query will be something like this : https://www.google.com/maps/search/roofers+in+nyc/@40.7033127,-73.979681,11z?hl=en

Can someone help me with how I can pull all the top 100 results from here? By default, Google only shows 10 results. Is there a way to look deeper and get all the hundred results?

Try browsing the APIs available there are quite a few to retrieve a table, or rastered map that you could scrape more readily than a publically generated map.
