Insert multiple pixels into your site and collect data simultaneously. I have four of them on my site.
Make sure they are properly configured and capturing all the events, and leave the backup pixel untouched, in case the main pixel got banned, use the backup one.

You can setup all your pixels on a "host" BM and share the pixels to the ad accounts (on other BMs) that are actively running ads.
That way your host will never get banned and if the BM running ads get banned you simply share the same pixel from the host to a new BM.

I have multiple BMs verified and ready to kick start. And multiple Pixels already implemented on my site and collecting data. Will try the "Spare BM Hosted" methodology soon.
