Whats the best way to re upload the same video?

Remove old one or slightly change same vid and upload it as second one?

    Youtube is ridiculous

Just today there have been 22.500 vids uploaded not to mention other popular stuff

How the hell can you possibly get people to notice your video from all that?

You cant. Thats why is so hard to make success despite very creative and quality content. I've beem youtuber since 2012 and never used anything other then u2bviews to boost to 100 views on videos which doesnt feature new/upcoming content of some gaming/video titles. Views from today comparing to some old 2012 months are terrible and mostly due to many uploaders. Every single gaming trailer or something like E3 event will be reuploaded by 1000's and 1000's people as completely same video. Only 10-20 will get 50k+ views for example. It's pointless.. I'm still there only due to old results and number of recieved subs but even then its hard. On second partnered "experiment" channel same video with same title cant get even 10 views while on this one I get 10k+ (everything legal without boosts etc).

    New members are fcked basically.

P.S On top of that CPM/RPM for this year is complete bullshit due to bad selling ads "according to networks". But lets be real, ADBlocker is something default now and there is no way to prevent that so despite views money is going down. Same thing on Twitch but there you can sub and main income are subs and donations. Basically YT is dying platform for earning money.
