Best Way to remove Flash Cookies from computer

Hello- Which of these methods would be the best for removing flash cookies from my computer...

1. Going to the Adobe Flash Player Web site, and removing them there

2. Using a downloadable software to do it (any good recommendations btw?)

3. Creating a new user account in windows and deleting the old one.

....Or should I do all of the above?

CCleaner gets the job done, i always use that for deleting flash cookies
