Best way to rank a keyword?

Hey guys I was wondering what the best way to rank a keyword is nowadays?

I have scrapebox (Obviously I wouldn't use that to blast backlinks towards a keyword)

Help would be muchly appreciated

Nowadays you need diversity of backlinks and the best ones are high pr / do follow ones

yes, tiered link building is very good. tier1 are high qulity web 2.0s with unique content, then rest tiers anything else like social bookmarks, wikis and etc..

Quality backlinks from diff sources. High PR do follow backlinks with a nice mix low pr no follow links.
